Plano, Collin and Dallas Counties are great places to live and work, which is why Mike Pirzadeh] chose to call it home. With roots in Plano, Mike Pirzadeh came to Plano in 1999. Real estate is a passion for me and with my background in engineering, it is easy to see why many former and present clients in 2021 called Mike for assisting them with selling their property and others with purchasing their dream properties.

Mike has been a part of the KW and now with Pirzadeh Realty Advisors, LLC family for the past 26 years, but I am not just passionate about helping families find their next home. Assisting sellers in selling their properties is my expertise. Listing single family homes, preparing competitive market analysis for property valuation, advising the sellers how to prepare their property for sale, preparing marketing packages, establishing an online website for the property marketing and advertising, hosting open houses to attract buyers. The other side of the equation is when an offer is presented. Analyzing the offer, meeting with the sellers to discuss details of the offer or multiple offers if necessary. Negotiating the contract and preparing for transaction closings. It takes a great deal of market knowledge, experience and know-how, understanding real estate law encompassing the contract, rules, regulations and paying attention to details to keep clients informed and ready for selling their properties and buying new ones. Trust and integrity are a cornerstone of this business.

Mike has served on the Collin County meals-on-wheels organization for the last 20 years as well as mentoring young kids in various Plano School District elementary schools. Mike loves being a part of other local community events.

A passionate love for travelling and vacation, when Mike isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find Mike enjoying time with his friends and family.

Mike studied Civil Engineering at Tennessee Technological University, and afterward began work in engineering design for various consulting firms. Passionate about selling real estate, Mike has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.
